The new owners, Elliot and Renee Sousa have dedicated themselves not only to serving the city's best burgers, but also to creating an environment reminiscent of the comfortable places we all loved to dine at when we were kids. Whether evoking fond memories of great times dining out with our families or making new memories with your children now, Burger City is definitely a family-friendly and fun environment, a comfortable place to enjoy truly excellent food.

With the Sousas' ownership, the restaurant has a "spruced-up" pop culture interior incorporating posters of cities and movies as well as some exciting murals. Whether going to or coming from a movie or for a fabulous lunch or dinner on its own accord, it's a comfortable place you'll come back to again and again.

Although new to the area, Elliot and Renee and their son Max consider Colorado Springs their home. They love the community, caring support and friendship they discover in the new people they meet every day. Elliot brings to the restaurant and the Colorado Springs community more than 25 years of restaurant experience in southern California as management for the Bob's Big Boy chain. Many customers are also transplants to Colorado Springs and comment how they miss the Big Boy, In-n-Out and similar nostalgic dining experiences. The Sousas believe Burger City provides such an experience in the "now" (present) at a convenient, popular and quickly growing east side location. They invite you to stop by and taste for yourself.
